If Resonate Testing fails to deliver the contracted service to the agreed standard, we will re‑perform the work at no cost or refund the relevant fees, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
What You Can Expect
Fast Response
- All enquiries are acknowledged the same working day.
- Enquiries received after 16:00 UK time are acknowledged by 10:00 the next working day.
Rapid, Reliable Quotations
- Standard, single‑standard tests: within 1–2 working days
- Complex programmes: within 5 working days, or a dated commitment agreed on day one
Named Project Lead
Every client is assigned a dedicated project lead to coordinate all aspects of their work from start to finish.
Scheduling with Certainty
- A provisional slot is provided within one working day after receipt of your Purchase Order and, for new customers, pro‑forma payment.
- Your slot is confirmed once samples, drawings, and safety data are received.
Report Timelines You Can Plan Around
- Standard reports target 10 working days from test completion.
- Expedited reporting options as fast as 5 working days are available by prior agreement.
Progress You Can See
We provide updates at least weekly, using your preferred communication channel.
Accredited Quality
- All in-scope testing is performed under our ISO/IEC 17025 flexible scope.
- Accredited reports carry the UKAS symbol; out‑of‑scope reports are clearly identified.
Certified Management System
Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Certificate GB17/872583).
