In house manufacture of bespoke fixtures and rig components for vibration, shock, environmental and fire programmes. Built for accuracy, repeatability, and quick turnaround.

Instrumentation

Fit for purpose instrumentation and clean wiring practices. Calibrated systems and disciplined data capture under our quality system.

Integration and trials

We pre‑fit, dry‑run, and verify functionality before the main event. Issues are resolved early. Time on the rig is used for learning, not firefighting.

New 70 kN electrodynamic shaker for large, high‑mass articles, alongside multiple mid‑range systems. Enables satellite panels, EV battery packs, and heavy subsystems.

Fire and flammability

Propulsion‑level fire penetration and interior materials testing to recognised methods.

Combined environment

Vibration with temperature and humidity where required. Representative profiles, repeatable data.

Accreditation

UKAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation with flexible scope across vibration, environmental, fire, and flammability. Results that travel internationally.

The facility includes a combined vibration and environmental laboratory (the only commercial facility on the Island of Ireland that can perform combined temperature and vibration testing up to 54kN), a fire test laboratory and a general mechanical test facility. Resonate Testing is UKAS accredited to ISO17025, ISTA and, as part of The Nacelle Group, certified to ISO9001:2015.
