Shake, Rattle & Roll is Resonate’s school-focused engineering awareness initiative designed to bring vibration testing, problem-solving and STEM learning to life. Through practical design challenges, students move beyond theory and experience how engineers test products and structures in real-world environments. It was launched by Astronaut Tim Peake.
Working in teams, students are encouraged to design, build and refine solutions before seeing them tested on professional vibration equipment. The programme helps develop technical curiosity while strengthening teamwork, creativity, communication and analytical thinking.
By opening the doors of our testing facility and sharing industry expertise, we aim to inspire the next generation of engineers, scientists and innovators. Students gain valuable insight into how vibration, shock and environmental testing support industries including space, aerospace, automotive and advanced technology.
Shake, Rattle & Roll is an education initiative designed to introduce students to engineering and technology through practical, hands-on experiences.
